Dorrier Underwood’s vision is: Work is fulfilling and organizations empower people. Our
two big goals for organizational strategy are:
1) All organizations are exploring and fulfilling the idea that there is a whole human
being at work and there is no separation between work and the well-being of a human being,
being leaders in the idea that work contributes to the fulfillment, creative self-expression and
well-being of people, which in turn contributes to the end user and thereby, the world.
2) Every organization is authentically at work on a Big Goal that enhances and makes a lasting
difference in the quality of life.
These goals serve as the context for our coaching and consulting, and for the specific,
time-sensitive outcomes we are at work on as a team.
Our coaches engage in a rigorous process of ongoing professional development and practical, real
life coaching themselves to ensure we exemplify the principles and practices we advocate.
