The Mastery Program demonstrates the power of taking a Stand, enrolling others in your vision or project, and watching the world change in response to your Word.  People leave the program primed for action.

The Dorrier Underwood Advanced Mastery Program picks up where the Mastery Program left off. It focuses on mastering bringing new ideas into the world, and consistently creating and causing new futures in the areas of your commitments.

What is it like to be able to say and create a future over time?

It takes courage to see yourself as, and be, the source of all your relationships. It takes generosity to listen for the greatness in others. Creating practices in this realm lays the groundwork for conversations about shared commitments, paving the way for collaboration, trust, and creativity.

The Advanced Mastery Program begins with a week-long retreat in Davidson, NC, followed by six months of individual coaching and group conference calls to sustain the learning.
