Course Format:
- Creation of outcomes for
the person responsible for the budget or quota.
- One-on-one interviews with participants prior to the program launch.
- Leadership development for the person accountable for sales growth.
- Half-day program launch.
- Once-a-month, three-hour team intensives.
- Individual coaching meetings with team members to reinforce new ways of
thinking and interacting with clients and colleagues.
