Carol Orndorff

Carol Orndorff is the newest member of the Dorrier Underwood consulting team. Carol's expertise in strategic planning, team facilitation, and project management is the outgrowth of 25 years managing key projects for higher education, healthcare, and the "built" industries.

Carol's many years as a networking professional, workshop leader, and sought after project facilitator laid the foundation for Carol's affiliation with Dorrier Underwood. On numerous occasions, Carol has led breakthrough pilot projects involving large teams of industry professionals.

Carol is passionate about environmental and corporate sustainability. She believes that anything can happen, as long as people are open, honest, and willing to keep communicating. Her many years of striving to live a life consistent with what she values have brought her to a simple aphorism from which to live "Look, look.....look again."

An educator by training, Carol has touched the lives of people of all ages and in various educational and business settings. She holds a BS in Education from the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks, and completed Post Baccalaureate studies in special education at UNC Charlotte.

Carol loves traveling, playing sports, yoga, Qui Gong, drumming, gardening, and the art of collage. She lives in Atlanta with her partner, Liz.

Friend do it this way - that is,
whatever you do in life,
do the very best you can
with both your heart and mind.

And if you do it that way,
the Power Of The Universe
will come to your assistance,
if your heart and mind are in Unity.

When one sits in the Hoop Of The People,
one must be responsible because
All of Creation is related.
And the hurt of one is the hurt of all.
And the honor of one is the honor of all.
And whatever we do effects everything in the universe.

If you do it that way - that is,
if you truly join your heart and mind
as One - whatever you ask for,
that's the Way It's Going To Be.
